INDUSTRIAL TESTING LABORATORY SERVICES, LLC ACQUIRED BY ALBA ENTERPRISES

With the close of business on December 21, 2020, Industrial Testing Laboratory Services, LLC will become Industrial Testing Laboratory Services. The new “ITLS” will be a division of ALBA Enterprises.
The new “ITLS” will continue to support the naval and defense nuclear, primary, and secondary steel industries, as well as focusing on growing the business in ancillary industries. The core business will continue to offer metallurgical, nondestructive, mechanical and chemical testing services; personnel training, and auditing/consulting services.
